- The web plugin does not work with many internet browsers anymore, ever since certain protocols have become unsupported. The only way I can get the plugin working is to use Microsoft Internet Explorer (11.124), which is probably not that useful for considering you are a MAC user!
- Safari works seamlessly and syncs your passwords, bookmarks, history, tabs, and more across Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Apple Watch. And when your Mac, iOS, or iPadOS devices are near each other, they can automatically pass what you’re doing in Safari from one device to another using Handoff.
- .Notice. Plugin for Mac is not supported with Safari 12 only supported with Safari 11 or earlier versions. For Safari 12 users - IVMS for MAC (CMS software) can be used for IP camera access.
Got a call yesterday that they can no longer see video, apparently due to a Safari update. A quick googling reveals chatter discussing the same issue on Reddit and Ipcamtalk, but no real solution. V12 update just came out and apparently killed NPAPI and non Apple Store plug ins.
